What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, and shipping address through our payment provider, Stripe. We use these solely to process payment, print your item, and deliver it. Card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.

Who we share it with

Your name and shipping address are shared with our print-on-demand partner (Printify, Inc. and its US print providers) to produce and ship your order. Payment data is handled by Stripe. We run no website analytics at all: no tracking cookies, no pixels, and nothing that follows you across sites.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Email hello@giftsforwhen.com. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
